Im going to get DA brake hubs and knuckles
whats the difference between those and SI ones?
and which axles should I use? DA or Si's?
Im swapping in a JDM d15b in a 91 CRX HF
Im going to try to use a y8 hydro tranny if I cant, Im going to try using a Si Cable tranny

before you start doing a swap do some research. DA knuckles will working on your car but it will give you some camber issues. Your brake booster might need replacing because the calipers on the DA knuckles are bigger. If you going to swap in a d15b use the same axles from the Si cable tranny. There is no need for you to go hydro unless you want to spend that extra money to buy the hydro kit.
DA Integra brakes/knuckles are bigger than the Si's. It is a good swap if you want to upgrade your brakes. I did the same conversion to my CRX and I love it, no camber issues either. Just get an alignment when you're done with the conversion.

But usin DA front suspension on a EF moves ur wheels closer to the front bumper meanin there is more room from tire to the rear of the fender then to the front of the fender/bumper. RIGHT?

no, but it might be slightly the other way.
and you probably wont need a bigger brake booster but you may want to up grade to a 15/16 master cylinder. otherwise you peddle will be close to the floor before the brakes start to work. however, i used the stock hf MC with my DA brakes (even about 10 autox) before i up graded.
