**car dies after warm up**

Default **car dies after warm up**

code of knock sensor and iacv.....got rid of the codes....fixed both knock sensor, and iacv...but the car dies once its warmed up to normal temp...NO CODES....replaced vaccum hoses already...what else could it be?? im a VW guy, im a lil noob with honda sickness..please keep it clean im not here to cause trouble, im here for help....

please help...

check the fast idle thermal valve, its under the throttle body

do you have any vacuum leaks? what is your idol set at? have you checked the idol with the iacv off?

well i replaced all vaccum hoses, re-check everything, and iavc cleaned and new orings...idol set at 950-1100..cold start ok but after of 15 minutes of driving its dies on idle, when rich normal engine temp....NO CODES

if ECT is bad would that causes the engine to die on honda motors? im still trying to figure out my motor right now....runs good but when its warms up again, on idle it dies.....any more suggestions?

No the ect is for the temp guage.
You can have it disconnected and the car will still run.

I have had a completely broken off knock sensor and all it did was throw a check engine light.

Check your cam timing and valve clearance.

would a 97 h22 sh IACV would fit on 94 motor h22a?
