Default 05' Honda Accord Upgrades

Hi and thanks for reading my thread. I have an 05' Accord EX, and Im looking to make some upgrades to it. Im graduating soon, and as a gift my parents are going to invest some money in my car. I have a pretty good idea on what I want to do, but im no expert by far, and i know that All of the installs, are going to be done by a professional installer. My budget is 5-10k, and Im looking to get the best overall increase in perfomance, while still keeping the cars stability and long life.

I thank you in advance for any help/suggestions you could give, and Im sorry If I posted something that has alredy been answered and If you could direct me there I would appreciate it.

Welcome to Honda-Tech! Is your car a four or six cylinder?

First off, as far as manual swap, I'm getting it done in my 04 LX as we speak n (done Wednesday) , so I can let you know all the parts, but I know most of them for sure. After that, definetely look into forced induction, RTC is hopefully introducing a kit, but I made a custom one that is getting put on in a month with a kpro harness.

Now that I think of it, you probably don't know what I'm talking about, so I'm just going to send you an AIM so I can help you answer questions...

Btw, if you need a good shop in Orlando that can do all of the above, and who are reliable, Paragon Customs, off of 436 and 50 is the place to do it.

it isn't as bad as you think, and isn't all that expensive either, especially if you know how to do it yourself which cuts 700 bucks of labor out of it.

you can run 250-300hp on an auto, there are guys with turbo base RSX's who run in that range on their STOCK automatics. Don't believe me? http://www.k20a.org

However, its obviously better on your car if you're trying to build one to have a manual.
