Default Non Honda:: Dyno video (and sheet) of my 97 240sx (SR20DET Inside)

I had dreamed of this setup overseas, and put it all together early this summer. As I was assembling it, I noticed Angel's car/dyno stuff and realized it was VERY similar to what I was doing. I had hopes, but wasn't looking to beat him...just be in the area!

Fastforward to today:

All runs done at Diehl's Paving (yes, a paving company who's owner has a fast mustang, and bought a dynapack to tune his car and his buddies) in Allentown PA. Dyno is a Dynojet.

First Pull: 396 whp and 335 ft lbs @ 20 psi (SAE)

Second Pull: 400 whp and 326 ft lbs @20 psi (SAE)

Third Pull: 250 whp and trq @ 10 psi (ebc off, wastegate)...however it did creep till 15 at the end and pushed the power way up...

Sheet:
MMMM I heart torque platueas

So yea, I'm extremly happy. I had been chasing a vacuum leak (those large rubber gromets on the intake were actually pushing 'up' around the injector at as low as 12 psi, creating a huge leak), and really didn't EVER have the car up to pull potential.

I was looking to get 330 whp and 300 ft lbs of torque....but wow talk about surprize!

The car will hopefully be dyno'd again by December...we datalogged the first run, and will be sending it out to Jim Wolf for a reflash and new tune (also this time with Aquamist Water Injection map installed)

ALSO: The car was running with 5 psi extra fuel by accident (I turned it up, thinking the initial problem was a fuel issue, but turned out to be a vacuum leak)

In the video, it does appear that there is a TON of smoke, however my friend Ray was right next to the tailpipe and noticed nothing but the black fuel induced smoke of intial tip in and WOT. I tend to think the cam picked up some condesation..
