Default Which turbo to choose?

This is for my upcoming stock engine build. It is going on a 64k mile GSR with nothing but ARP studs. In the 2008 season i do plan to build the engine so i need a turbo that has potential to make 400whp and still have good spool when making less (300-330whp on stock). My choices are also bound by my budget right now too. Thanks for the help!

I'm going to be using the Precision SC50 .63 a/r. Quick spool and good up to 450 whp
