At what angle would i have to stick the screwdriver to stock the cam geras from spinning
Are the cams still in the head?
Get a wrench, or ratchet, along with a rubber mallet, and then just have someone hold the shaft, or hold it yourself,
Support the wrench enough that you can hit it, and go from there.

may not be the best way, but ive done it like this
stick the screw drive though the cam gear, inbetween the spokes, and take the VC off, and let it rest on the head, id put a towel or something down where it rest on the head.
ive always done this, and never hurt anything, but if it does look like something bad will happen, then stop.
