try starting it with ether or that carb ****... if it starts and runs then dies onces all the ether is used, its a fuel problem'

do you have the correct fuel pressure? is fuel getting to the rail? are hte injectors even working correctly?

firing order right?

You could have a clogged fuel filter????

He just replaced that.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. You've solved the electrical, and in regards to fuel you did injectors, filter, tank, but what about the fuel switch or any of the fuses in regard to it? Happend to my old 91 integra....
