(already searched) B16 pistons in stock ls b18a1 question..
PR3's yeild 10.8/1 compression, P30's yeild 11/1, and PCT's yeild 12/1
Which do you plan on using?
And most people upgrading their pistons are swapping cams and valve train to take advantage of the raised compression. Then you have I, H, E differences and the tuning aids used to tune. Now do you see why we can't give you a number?
Ok, I give, 10 hp for each point in compression raised, lol.

I just installed some PR3's in my B18A1. But like was already mentioned above I also installed a ported JG head, crower 402 cams and a Blox intake manifold so I really wont know how much the pistons helped.
Going from the stock 9.2 to1 compression of the B18A1 to 11 to 1 compression should be worth a noticeable gain in HP and torque throughout the power band which is way more important than a few peak HP.

The compression raise will really benefit from better cams. If you are going to take the head off it would be a cinch to put in some Crower 403/404s and the supporting valvetrain. With 404s, PR3s and tuned on a dyno I bet you put 20-25 more ponies to the ground.
