Default Which spark plugs are best for a turbo'd motor?

i have a gsr turbo'd, and i was wondering which spark plugs should i use for best performance?

personally i'm using the ngk 7's on a stock jdm gsr motor at 10 psi. no problems thus far.

im boosting10-15 pounds with bottom end built. i just got a ignition system and i want to get new spark plugs. im making about 350whp

can u find denso's at any local places and is anyone running bosch spark plugs on their boosted gsr? if so what part number noone can seem to find colder than stock plugs

anyone know the difference in BKR7E and BPR7E?? I accidentally got the latter thinking it was the BKR's

Up for the BKR7E... I'll be getting some when I'm turboed. And my friend Derek runs them in his 200 whp all motor setup as well. He still has some serious detonation though.

im running a coil on plug setup with honda cbr 929 coil sticks, and i need plug that the nut comes off. what are good ones to use, i was recommended the ik27's, are there any cheaper cold ones i can use to get tuned on since im gonna run through like 20 of em.
