5th gen swap guide
I posted the 5th gen guide because it has a parts list. Just change everything to 98-02 and you'll be fine.
*Both links were in the Accord FAQ.*

I did this last winter. you need clutch and brake pedal (about $75 total from a junk yard). On the clutch pedal, there is this small extention from pedal to firewall. Usually integra and civic has it on the pedal but 98-02 accord decided to have it on the firewall so either get a clutch pedal for integra or ask them to take the extention off the firewall (all you need is a screw driver to take it off. has like for tack welded on it).
Shifter cables and shifter, from same junk yard, I spent $125.
Manual trany, it came with h22 swap
Pick up manual ecu.
also need master and slave cylinder. This is where you are going to have hard time. I recommend you to get new parts for this but if you call honda, they are going to tell you that part has been discontinued. Make sure you tell them that you are looking for clutch line, master cyliner, and slave cylinder. They sell all three as a package and have different part number. If you just ask for one of the parts, they are going to tell you that you won't be able to get it.
I think that's it. good luck

That's really just going to depend on how much the parts cost in your area, whether you can get parts from a pick-a-part junkyard, what parts you end up buying new.... I've seen some guys be able to get everything (including tranny) for $250, but then I've also seem some guys spend well over $1,000.
You're really just going to need to price it yourself.

thanks guys i really apreciate the help, 1 more question how much do u think a pro shop with charge for the conversion???
My swap was just finished about a month ago. Parts list:
Five speed tranny
Tranny mounts
Clutch
Flywheel and flywheel bolts
Driver's side axle and half shaft
5-speed starter
Clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and lines (revised parts from Honda)
Clutch pedal and brake pedal assemblies
Shifter assembly
3 wire speed sensor connector
5-speed ECU
I bought the shifter assemby from Majestic Honda because it lists every part for it on one page, although it was pricey. I picked up a used set of pedal assemblies but Majestic has all the parts listed for that as well.
Make sure you get the VIN number of the car that the 5-speed ecu was pulled from. It will make the immobilizer reprogramming go much smoother and quicker at the Honda dealership. The immobilizer process ran me just over $100 at the local Honda dealership and maybe an hour and a half of down time.
I'm pretty sure the speed sensor connector can be pulled from any 5-speed Honda. I pulled mine from a EG Civic and it works fine.
My swap ran me about $1500 in parts including a heavy duty ACT clutch and flywheel ($500) and one of the more spendy transmissions ($475 shipped when they can be had for much less with more miles, mine only had 24k miles). The swap ran about 12 hours of labor, beginning to end. So about $800-$1000 I would guess for a good shop.
I think that's it. Best mod I've ever done to my 6th gen Accord
