Reebok makes some non-slip tennis shoes. I work in a bar and they saved my life on more than one occasion. Not sure on work boots however.

I dont know about shoes, Cat is alright boot the ones i had alright grip. But the leather on them didnt make little more than a years use for me.
My personal fav boots and what I use are Vibergs but I dout you want to be spending close to 400 bucks for boots.

Look for shoes with a yellow tag "VIBRAM" they come on pricey shoes like Rockport or Redwing

I have a pair of cheap boots from Payless that has a "slip resistant" bottom. It's just a bunch of small rubber studs with x's in them, almost like what you see on winter tires. And they're steel toe.

BTW, antifreeze is worse than oil on the floor!

i run DrMartins. they come with a poly-urethane bottom looks almost like motor mount insert material. only cost 100 shipped off amazon.com somewhere. im on my second pair right now my previious pair lasted me 3+ years from dishwashing jobs to lube tech, where i would see my friends break payless shoes in less then 1 month. currently in my trunk because i rock an old pair of DVS's to welding class

Not sure if they are exactly what your looking for, and they arent the prettiest thing in the world, but Simpson makes some "Pit crew shoes" they call them. They are super light, oil resistant, all black so no stains, etc etc. Summit sells them for $40 a pair which is unbeatable...unless you go to a NHRA nationals event they are only $30! . We all wear them on our Pro Stock team..and alot of the other crew guys on pro teams do as well!

CAT or RedWing make good boots that are slip resistant.
if you can walk across a rig floor through puddles of invert and not land on your *** you can pretty much walk anywhere haha
