What do you guys with a GSR swap read on your tach at 70 mph? I'm taching about 3300 to 3500. Is this normal?

I have a 96 ex with a b18b and the y21 tranny from a del sol vtec and at 70mph I am hitting like 3700-4000 rpm is my engine fucked or is it gonna be okay I travel to work like 3 times a week about 25 miles on highway. ***** hot as hell on the street light to light though. anyone else have a similar setup please e-mail me
