Default Heater Help Please

Well slowly i think my heater core is going out because it only really gets hot if im say pulling a hill or something.

its a 93 civic si hatch

the blower doesnt seem to be blowing all that hard ether. and on the climate control on the car doesnt go all the way to red but i looked at the under dash controls and moved that slider and it may not go all the way to red it still goes as far as the mechanics will let it.

my ? is how do i pull apart everything to see about cleaning the blower out and does anyone know of a heater core writeup cause ive never done that ether.

im guessing the heater core is going out because it gets hot off and on like i was saying.

for the blower motor look under the glove box and theres a round circle thing i think theres 3 screws and a plug its been a while since i did one but its super easy to replace. do you know where the valve is under the hood? theres 2 small coolant lines going into the fire wall one of them has a valve on it that goes to the climate control try turning it from there. also on my hatch the wire connecting to that valve and the cc switch was undone from under the cc so it wouldnt go all the way to hot and cause it was off it wasnt even going to hot it. if thats the case just shove it back in the plastic clip.
