Default problems with parts car

just to let you know before had, this car was VERY RiCEY, 88 hf with d16a6

parts car run, but VERY VERY lean, i started it up, and i noticed oil shoot out back. ps, *HAD* dual exhaust, previous owner just covered up the other end.... lol!

i checked the engine code and it blinked 20 times in 2per sec interval. i looked at the spark plugs and they were VERY black, then enine obviously is running bad....

some more stuff i have questions on are the sway bar in back, dont know if its custom or what, but does not look like it should be there at all. lol. its yellow.... i have a stock 88si and it dont look anything like that setup....

alot of other problems as well, just some of the first few.....

your running very very lean, but your plugs are very black?
when you run lean the spark plugs will turn white

The car could be running lean and have bad rings with the black plugs caused by oil burning.

plugs also turn white from burning oil.

oil is getting past the rings or valve seals.

the timing belt did come off the other day, and sopposedly mechanic before i bought it fixed it. maybe the valve seals got messed up when timing came off??? i have my daily driver crx si with the tranny messed up, thats why i mainly picked up this rice, was cause tranny was nicely built, supposedly engine too.. it was dirt cheap so w.e.

could i just take the head off my dd and put in on the parts car engine?? think it would be fine?? or should i just go ahead and rebuild one eninge, make 1 nice stock engine outof 2???
