I don't think so. When my coil went out it didn't throw a code, and from what I hear from ppl when ur ignitor goes out it doesn't throw a code eather. What's the problem ur having I'm sure me or somone else could help.

after as much as ten seconds of cranking the engine you can get a code 16
ignition output signal. this is usually caused by a bad ignitior not sending a signal to the ecu.

code 16? immah try that tomorrow, cranking it up for as much as 10 seconds.
jasonST, did u notice any signs of your coil going out or did it just die one day?
