what is the best cam setup for a b16a i have seen come people using one CTR cam and one ITR cam, which is which and how come you don't use the set. also, would it be better to run both ITR cams with the ITR mani, since they will be basically set up for each other? thanks guys

 

use the CTR intake cam.. ITR exhaust cam. the itr exhaust cam pretty much has the same exact lift as the ctr one.

 

for what setup are you building? turbo? NA? daily driver? these questions and more must be answered first.
