Default interchangability between A6 and Z6/Y8 head components...

can i use the same retainers and springs in a A6 that are meant for a Z6/Y8, or is there actually a difference...cause i know the z6 valves are bigger than the a6, but the others im not sure...

Whatcha need spiffy springs and retainers for? I've just been browsin around on the Crane site, here's some random info.

PN: HON-261-2S-8 Lift: 10.00/9.80mm Duration @1mm: 213/215° Adv. Duration: 261/263° Lobe Separation: 108°

Stronger mid-range with strong top-end. Some loss in low-end power. For max HP and RPM use low-restriction aftermarket exhaust and air intake system. Use new stock valve springs. RPM range: 1,500-7,500

With the stock cam and fresh stock springs I wouldn't be too worried about 7500.
