The only "pin removal tools" I've seen/used are Molex pin removers...... Beyond that it's screw drivers and exacto knives.
I've done brake jobs with tools that weren't "brake tools", does that mean they didn't work? no, just ment the user had to be a little smarter to yeild the same effect. Let me tell ya when in the middle of a drum shoe change you don't wanna run to the store for one or two tools when the same job can be done with different tools.

snap-on and matco both make pin removal tool kits for all different oem pins but i usually use my straight matco pick. and it usually fits in all oem plugs easily because the pin tools arent worth the money too me but like everybody else said the tiny flatheads or a small straight pick usually work.

So you make a post asking for info on tools that you already went ahead and found on your own. Thusly you've made this post worthless and your comments/replies useless.

Read the topic title, says '' PIN REMOVAL tool'' not use a screwdriver as one. I already took the ECU pins out without one of these extraction tools.
I'm looking for a specific your too busy saying use a screwdriver.
Sure I'll ask the question and keep looking it only makes sense.
Stay away
