Code 14:
Take off your IACV, and spray the expletive out of it with carb/brake cleaner.

Code 20:
Unbolt your underhood fuse box, and make sure the ELD conector (brown) is making good contact. Mabe clean with some break clean and put on some dielectric grease.

Code 22:
Yes you do have a VTEC Oil Pressure Switch. It's your solenoid. Clean out the screen.

Just a good thing to know:

Code 20's are hardly EVER caused by an acutal faulty ELD. It's generally a secondary symptom. Alternator, poor/no connection to ECU, etc.

LOL, well that's why. Your ECU isn't getting a pressure switch signal, so it throws a low voltage code. You kind of fuckered yourself there.

the motor came like that...i heard there was a way to disable it altogether by jumping it to another wire that gives the voltage the OPS would have...

Why don't you just buy a new pressure switch? I imagine it's not good for the motor to bypass a switch that controls which stage your cam profile is in.
