Last year my (stock) 86 CRX's crank pulley fell off while I was driving home from work, heard a noise then saw a black pulley shoot off towards the other side of the road...well the car ran fine until i was able to get to a safe place to pull off. Then the timing belt came off and I ended up having to tow the car home. The car sat for about a yr until i got another pulley, alt and timing belt, after installation the car strarted right up and has a tick that sounds like a valve tick. On the road the car is slow revving and sounds like its maxxing out at 3-4k and has no power. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Thanks
