i was driving down a street and i was at around 3.5 -4.5k rpm. i let go of the gas and let my clutch/tranny slow me down. when i finally came to a stop and tried to take off again, my car was stuck in gear. i really had to use 2 hands to pop it into neutral and back to first gear. my car shut off like 3 times before it started acting "normal" again. i looked under my car and notice theres a pretty good amount of oil around my tranny.

My clutch has been worn since i bought the car. right now, theres kinda of a very noticable winding noise in first gear. now the clutch is really gone, i can still drive it but it takes for ever for my clutch to grab. can a new clutch kit fix this problem or this is fucked up something else?

 

Check your transmission fluid.

its was taking a **** for a while but i think it was constipated and exploded the other night. well, i guess have to get this clutch replaced asap because its my DD.
