Default Overheating- Out of options (apart from h20 pump)

Ok, my car is overheating at both an idle and while moving. I flushed the cooling system, checked the thermostat, hoses, etc... I feel like im out of options besides the water pump. Can you guys think of anything else? Also, does anybody know if there is a way to check the water pump? It doesnt scream, the belt is tight, and there is no play in the shaft. thanks
Tim

Innadequate air flow to your radiator? Something blocking it? Are your fans coming on?

when it starts to get hot both bottom and top hoses to the rad should be warm(or hot). If one is noticably colder than the other change the pump
