Default Over heating problems (Water pump?)

I'm having problems with the cooling system in my car. I flushed the radiator, replaced some hoses and replaced the thermostat. My guess is the water pump since I'm showing no signs of head gasket problems. As far as i know, once the car has reach running temp and you take off the radiator cap you should see the water circulating if the pump is working. Anyone disagree? I could use the input.

well if you run it with your cap off, while it starts cold, then when it hits the temp the pump should move the water, so you should be able to see the water level drop. if your not seeing that i would replace the pump
