black housing headlights on a purple EK hb. yes or no?
i have a purple hb.. not by choice because i was in desperate need of a car at the time and it was the only thing i could find that was in my budget. but yes or no for black housing headlights?

I agree, you need something lighter to bring out the face of the car. The black housings would get lost in the color.

That's my friend's hatch. I just like how the light color offsets the frontend.

Not a professional either. I'm a cook that knows how to use a camera and enhance photos on a computer 
And your car doesn't change colors. It's always purple. It just depends on what the CAMERA sees. And no, black housings don't make a car look darker, it just makes your front end look washed out.

Trust me, I know. My girlfriend and I regularly detail two dap civics. I'm merely saying that in your picture, it looks black, and not because of the lighting. It's the camera, your use of said camera, and your car probably needs a compound, polish, and a glaze to bring the true color out.

The other dap we detail. This was the first detail, from the ground up (clay, compound, polish, glaze, wax).
