no vtec, how do i test VSS.
anyone think the abs light could be the reason my vtec isnt working?
my codes are 21 and 17 sometimes. how do i test the VSS??
my solenoid clicks.. i might need oil. its halfway. my rev counter works and revs to 5800 but no vtec..
please help.

First, add more oil and reset the ECU and go for another drive. Get up to operating temps and try to hit VTEC.
If the CEL comes back on, check the solenoid for continuity between the wire and a chassis ground. Should be around 14-30 ohms.
But try adding more oil first.
