Being bored as hell today I popped the hood just to take a look around at everything. I noticed on top of the charcol canister there is a hole that can only be from battrey acid leaked on it.It must have been there for a while bc my battery isnt leaking. I put my finger over the hole and it is causing a slight vacum leak there. I am flat broke at the moment.Anyone know of a quick temp fix for this until i have the cash to replace it?

Well the top of it is plastic and i have some cement stuff for plastic.Im gonna see if i can cement a pice of plastic over it. I know its ghetto as hell but it should last untill next week when i have some cash flow.

That is exactly what i ended up having to do. The whole top part around the hole was f'd up from the battery acid that I almost made the whole top fall apart.The duck tape is ghetto and ugly as hell but I guess it will have to do for a few days. Atleast it got rid of the cel light.
