From out of town... need to BAR and SMOG in CA HELP!!

Hey guys, so I have a 95 gsr in a 92 eg... what all do I need to get the car bared? Here's what I've got....
password intake
endyn breather kit(open loop w/ breather)
skunk 2 intake manifold
rsr exhaust
i have a receipt for the motor, but no vin numbers or anything like that. I'm coming from NYC, and he motors from MD. Will I have any issues in Cali?

you need a new intake, one thats C.A.R.B. legal.
you cant have a breather on your valve cover, must be a hose connected to your intake.
your manifold must also be C.A.R.B. legal.
i hope you have all the smog equipment, or else you may be screwed.

I say keep the car registered in NY that will save you alot of headache. If you must BAR it gotta have all the smog mumbo jumbo that came with the car, That skunk2 manifold needs to be CARB'd, new intake, Header needs to be CARB or stock (not JDM 4-1 type R) and a stock USDM ecu.

i would keep it nyc, but I'm worried about the insurance... I think it's fraud.
go too the state ref. fail ur visual and he should tell you everything that you need to do to pass. when i went he printed out the parts for me. then when u get all that done go back and try again. correct me if im wrong

for your car to pass ref with your setup u will need to have the 94-95 gsr engine wire harness, no ghetto wires, everything has to be in perfect order. also you will need a carb legal intake and intake manifold, stock exhaust manifold, and for the ecu, you will need an obd-1 p72 gsr ecu, it has to usdm. as for your vin numbers, im not sure if they check it or not, but if ur motor has no vin numbers, they might question you... dont know.. good luck with bar...

Are you moving to CA or just going to live there while in school for a few years. If its only a few years for school then just keep the car reg in NY it won't be a problem. Also as far as NY state inspection goes the car will not need to be reinspected until you return to NY.... if I remember correctly

You shouldn't have a problem. Any engine swap can be LEGALLY smogged and registered in California, just run it on propane dude.

need usdm p72 ecu with paperwork to prove p72 is for the gsr.
evap, cat, carb legal intake thats made for GSR ONLY! not just any carb legal intake
get rid of breather filter and put hose back to intake elbow
make sure ignition timing is back to stock timing.
no cutup engine harness. make sure it looks clean.
