Default Setting my VTEC AFC

I went through the Apexi website and ultimately I am confused. Didn't really explain too much. Anybody got a site with a better explanation?

Well most people will tell you that for tuining purposes the VAFC isnt worth ****. But other people have seen good gains with it. That said, the VTEC engaugement point should stay where it is if your motor is not built/turbo'd. The Air Fuel ratio should be around 14.7:1 (Stoic) Good luck with finding what you need.
