Default suggestions on internals

what internals do you think would be absolutly necessary for a turbo kit. I have a D16y8 in a 99 civic ex.

internals are only needed if you plan on boosting over 10psi.
make sure you have proper fuel management. crome/aem/uber/hondata

what if you don't plan on going over 10psi, but you do plan on other mods such as cams and possibly nitrous??????????

i guess an overall goal of 200whp, the turbo would be to help out the torque, what would you guys recommend for internals in that case

To reach 200whp I've been told you only really need headstuds and a good tune(least for a d16z6). But as far as internals: the zex serious street cam(59300 for d16z6, might be different for your motor), valvesprings(if you plan on taking it past 6000rpm at all), then lower comp. pistons and better rods, also maybe an IM and TB.

If you wanted to get really crazy, you could port out everything so the air flow is super smooth, balance an BP the botom end, and sleeve it(if you wnated to get a ridiculous amount of power) but all that is a lot more expensive than just dropping parts into your motor like the ones mentioned above.
