Oil Filters
I plan on changing my oil this weekend, 1st time I've ever done it myself, due to room & lack of equipment.
Integra's were never sold here, so the local dealership doesn't carry any parts for them, including oil filters.
Does anyone know the part number I'm hoping the filter from a Civic SIR (B16a) will work, if so, the Honda dealership here has plenty!!
Thanks

you shouldnt use a filter from a civic. i dont even think it would fit. just go online and order one from the online shops. carparts.com, summitracing.com ETC ETC ETC

Integras were never sold where your at? where do you live (what country)? anyway just go to your local autoparts store and pick up an STP, Bosch, Purolator Pure One, or Mobil 1 filter.. the Civic filter will fit if you want to buy a Honda filter..
I always ask for a 96 Civic filter, Civics and Tegs use the same one.

Don't use anything but honda filters, they filter the best.

I think they both sell them.... Stick with OEM on the filters though... they really are hard to beat. A prelude board did a comparison of every popular aftermarket filter with oem. Ran each for 3,000+ miles, cut them apart to show how they were made and of what they were made, etc.... OEM Honda filter was the best.

So to answer the original question on the post, yes the oil filter from the b16 will fit your Integra.

Guys (and the occasional girl),
OEM Honda filters CAN be really good ... if they are the HAMP filter (rare and expensive) or the Filtech (made-in-USA) filters...
BUT
... The Made-in-Canada OEM filters are made by Fram and are actually pretty junky. I gave two of them away instead of using them on my car when I chopped one open and saw the cheesy signature cardboard structural innards.
The aftermarket filters mentioned above are good picks. To them I'd add Hastings/Amsoil/Baldwin (essentially the same manufa cturer).
