Default gsr a/f too rich?

i just bought a '95 gsr and have a few questions about the air fuel ratio. First of all the car is running very rich. That said the car has a Skunk2 intake manifold, springs and retainers, B16 head that is hot tanked and milled, and prelude injectors.
The car gets shi::y gas mileage, shoots a cloud of smoke on vtec engagment, etc. Anyway, my question is how can I lean out my mixture, and hopefully gain back some MPGs without going to some sort of aftermarket computer system. Any advice is appreciated

Take out the Prelude injectors, which I assume are 310s, and put 240s back in.

Check to see if the computer has been chipped- if so you can re burn a chip with a lower over all fuel trim.

The stock ecu would throw a code for IAB because you noted its a b16 head

I actually had the car at the shop the other day and we cracked open the ECU and it appeared stock, which is weird. That was the first thing we checked when we noticed the B16 head, no P28 or anything that we could tell of. Do you think that using a V-AFC or like device would help to tune my fuel maps much?

can you find out what ecu is in the car? You should use 240cc stock injectors if it has not been chipped
