Default Front Turn Signal Bulbs

Dumb question probably but how do you get to the front turn signal bulbs to replace them on a 2000 Civic DX? You can't just reach in an grab them suckers like the headlight bulbs!
Thanks!!

yes you can.. peel back the black fenderliner.. and then reach in and twist the socket like a 1/2 turn and pull it out.. then you'll have the wires, socket and bulb dangling and you change the light bulb and install is reverse....
