EDIT for new info: all d series (OBD0) throttle bodies are the same bolt pattern, and the 92+ is the same as b series bolt pattern.

0bd0 d series tbs are a bolt pattern all their own. 92+ all share the same pattern as B series.
so NO, an a6 tb will not work on a z6 IM

my z6 throttle body would not bolt onto my d16y8 manifold..... ?? but the b18 did.
i guess the big question is: why do you want to use your crx throttle body? just use all the d16z6 stuff!

you a6 and z6 tbs are different. thats why all obd0 guys swap to a z6 IM so they can run a B-series TB. i know thats why i did it

you are going to need to port your IM a little bit to make the opening match the size of the TB
