when i turn my car on my cdplayer doesnt come on anymore.. i moved my amp.. thats it.. then it stopped working.. i checked fuses they are good.. i check the backup fuse nothing...help??

first is it the radio or the amp thats not coming on. Decribe your setup. Whats being used and how is it hooked up

 

neither is coming on.. i have my amp for my sub.. the remote wire for my amp is connected to my cdplayer + wire... nothing crazy of a setup.. but nothing comes on.. its def a fuse or wire or something.. but i dont know of any other fuse besides those two to check..

There are 2 fuses for the HU in the cars fuse boxes, the backup power fuse is normally in the under hood fuse box, with the acc. fuse in the under dash fuse box, there will also be at leas one fuse on the HU harness, [constant power, yellow] if it is an aftermarket HU. 94

make sure u check the fuse on the back of the HU =P

 

yeah i checked it.. it looked fine..

 

"Looking" fine is not good enough... You need to verify that it's good with a meter.
