How long did it take you to install your ITR sway bar?
I didn't expect mine to arrive today. (ordered from Carland Acura). I was told it was on back order so I planned to install it this next weekend assuming it will arrive by then. Anyway, it arrived today.
The BSQ mounting kit arrived a few days ago.
Anyway, I made plans w/ the wife this Saturday (noonish), then party on Sunday.
My question, at what time should I wake up this Saturday to install it?
I know it sounds dumb, but I am really busy during weekdays, and I am itching to install this, I have been staring at it in my garage the whole night.
I know most of you know what I mean when you get something new and you want it in your car right away.
Thanks.

How much was the sway bar from Carland Acura?
I got all the parts for $86.05 (nuts and bolts, etc.) plus $20 for the BBQ kit. The bar itself is $58 and change.

How about the drilling part, is that a pain. I have POS drill and I am not sure if it has enough torque to actually drill through a metal. TIA.

It took me a little over an hour, only because the one of the tack-welded nuts was somewhat difficult to get off. Other than that, pretty quick and easy.

I need HELP.
Sharpen your chisel with a grinder or just go buy another chisel. I don't entirely agree with the screw a bolt partway in and whack it with a hammer method.
How did you remove the tack weld nuts? I drilled but they didnt budge. Anyway, I installed it with them on it.... *shrug*
Like jl74 was saying, use a metal chisel.
Wow, you guys are quick. The ITR Swaybar was my first install and it took hours, but that's considering I didn't know crap. I had my neighbor help me out....
BTW, I installed the Beak's kit which is a little bit more difficult because you have to line both of the reinforcement plates together. You'll love the difference though!

Also, I am not an idiot but it took me a good couple of hours, actually more, taking breaks and cleaning up. Aligning the bolts, etc, etc, can add up time.
Another thing, on BSQ instructions, he noted using 5/16(?, or the smaller of the two) drill bit or 3/8 for enlarging the hole. The 5/16 is not large enough, and the 3/8 IMO is too big and could compromise the structure of the subframe. I used something in between where the bolt is just snug when I inserted it.
