Water out of Exhaust
I put in a used d15b2 in my hatch last night. the motor has been sitting for a few years. it starts up and runs fine. Now i know that a lil condensation out of the exhaust is normal but this one is gettin a lil more then normal. If i rev it up i see lil speckales on the ground about 3 foot out.
The car has stock exhuast almost all the way back and connects to a 2-1/4" axle back. Could the differnt size pipes have anything to do with creating more condensation? Also i dont think its the headgasket because it is not smoking at all.

well the water is mixed with some black stuff but its carbon build up i think. I havent really driven the car yet only let it idle for 5 to 10 minutes a few times

All, in all. You're fine. That water vapor is cooling down/condensing as it exits your exhaust and turning into the liquid form you are seeing. I always blow a 3 ft mist/spray of water when revving up after sitting at idle for a while. I've even left a few carbon stains in a few driveways
(water evaporates and carbon that came out of the exhaust with the water is left behind)
