Default 95 accord coupe whinning

i am worried about my power steering pump because of the sound i think its making. not sure 100% its coming from the ps pump but im pretty sure... its a whinning noise and the pump itself looks like its slowly leaking out because theres a buch of gunk on the outer edges. how long will this pump last with the noise and the gunk.. should i replace?

Theres A possibility it could be the alternator getting ready to go, there known to make that sound before they go, But if your P/s is leaking, Might as well fix that anyway

But my guess its the Distributor

Ive rarley seen a Honda P/S pump go
