Is it possible to take the immobilizer chip from 00/01 ECU's and integrate into 94/95's? I know how to solder quite well, I just want to know if this is even possible or if the 94/95 LS ecu's are a completely different design being OBD1 and all..I have never seen the inside of one.

96 is obdIIa, I believe the 00-01 Integra are OBDIIb and have the immobilizer. The 1995 or so BMW 5-series was the first car to use an immobilizer, FYI

Early 90's GM vehicles had immobilizer chips on the keys due to high theft.
I don't see why an OBDIIb conversion isn't possible if the ignition lock, etc. were replaced. It certainly would not be easy. There are plenty of easier ways to immobilize your car without the fancy electronics.

Well as far as security go..I run almost everything under the sun after some bad experiences in the past, and even recently because of where I live. I would love to integrate the immobilizer chip into the 95 LS ecu that Im picking up that I will be using next year. I just want to know if its a simple desolder/resolder, if the PCB's look identicle from the OBD1 92-95 P75, and the OBD2 96-01 P75?

You would not be able to integrate the immobilizer into your OBD1 ECU.

i agree..theives will easily swap out the ecu to one without immobilizer to start your car..sadly its been done before
