Default Decided to give the D16A6 a little boost before I tear her down for winter...

I am going to build up my SI for boost later this winter but for now I want to throw a little at it so I know what I am getting into and know what direction I want to take this later on. The setup so far:

New frontmount Intercooler, (paid 150 bucks, says "jdm" on top, any good?)
mechanical boost controller
Ported T-25
HF manifold
home brew intercooler pipeing
stock 2g injectors, or maybe just some 380's?
boost gauge
FPR
Air Fuel gauge

Obviously I wont be able to tune this setup much, but I have seen many people do it this way and it seems to work. I have been researching this site for a while now and I think this is the setup I want to go with for the remainder of the season. Does this seem ok? I still need to purchase the gauges and boost controller as well as a BOV, but other than that I should have everything ready to go. I also need an adapter plate to run the T-25 on the HF manifold. How good is the HF manifold? should I port it further or leave it stock?
thanks, not asking about what to do, just need some verification that I got my research right and this will all work out somewhat good. The SI engine was rebuilt 6,000 miles ago and the tranny goes out tomorrow for a diff replacement, going to have them go through everything though. I am thinking this should be fun for a month or so.
Once the engine is setup and built for next year, I will be running uberdata, aftermarket walbro 255, a full race turbo manifold with a T3 of some kind and a 3 inch exhaust, but for now I want to get it going for a little fun before a borring winter.

Are JDM sport intercoolers any good? I just bought one for 150.00, seemed like a good deal for a brand new frontmount, the overall construction leads me to beleive that they are decent...?

Stock 2g is the least I would run, 380's would be almost maxing out.

I have a friend that's running that intercooler on a greddy kit and so far it runs great. Big improvement over the non intercooled greddy setup. He's also running on stock injectors with e-manage and boosting 9 with absolutely no problems. I think even 380's are enough for a t25.

Aight see if those injectors arent maxed out and will fail one day causeing a cylinder to lean out and blow up.

I didn't ask for your opinion on my friends setup. I already told him to upgrade his injectors when he got the kit. I just said that the 380cc are enough for a t25 turbo since even the greddy kit uses 310cc.
