VTEC not working again
I dunno guys but i think my VTEC is all messed up I recently got a new selinoid and now today while driving in second gear going to 6,000 rpms I hear nothing. Now my car was warm and everything was right but I didnt hear anything. WHat do I do?
i wish i had had that prob today.. then maybe i would of only gotten like a 20 mph over ticket...
but i dunno what to tell ya.. Is it still under warrenty!? If so go bitch at the acura guys..

Punch it from 3,000 rpm to, say, 7,500 rpm. Somewhere in between 4400 rpm and 6000 rpm (i'm not exactly sure) u should hear a noticeable difference in sound. (I know vtec has 2 processes but I can't describe them in great detail, someone else with more knowledge want to post?)
