The alarm was working fine up untill i washed my LCD pager in the washer, Unfortunately the car was still armed. I had to go to work, but the alarm was on so i got to the brain of the system and took out the fuses, and ordered a new remote. Well, i wanted to configure my new remote so i put the fuses back in, the damn thing is armed still, everytime i try to program the remote it doesnt work. Can it only program when its not armed, if so how do i disarm it, Its geting on my last nerves, DO i disconect the battery for 10 min or something?
Someone help, i need the alarm to work before i put my recaros in, there are theifs here.

 

In your manual there's info on the valet switch, which is used to disable your alarm with your key. Ask your installer where they put it.

And btw, if all it takes to disable your alarm is taking out the fuses, you are ASKING for your car to get stolen. Add some more options please

preciate it, Figured it out, No it doesnt just work for the fuses, I know electronics fairly well and know hoe to bypass stuff, I just couldnt get the programing right THanks though.
