Cant Get Axle Out of Intermediate Shaft
Im trying to remove these hybrid axles from the intermediate shaft on my b16eg on the drivers side, and no matter what I do they will not budge out of the I shaft.
The spline is compleatle free of the hub and the hub is out of the way, however i cannot get the axle out for the life of me.
i have pryed, pulled, wiggled etc and it has not moved a mm.
any tips or am i doing somthing wrong?

I have tried this and had it work and not work. Something that has never failed is a large slide hammer with a L hook on it. put it in the same place as the punch and give it 2 or 3 good whacks they will come right out

what I do is i take a socket thats slightly larger than the gap between the axle and intermediate shaft. Place the socket on its side on the gap and hammer a little bit.
