what up i got an 89 si and i haven't noticed a problem of course my o2 sensor is just unplugged (still in header) it won't really hurt your motor except that you are not properly exhausting which in the end means LESS POWER and god knows our beautiful rexes don't wanna be without speed, torque, and horsies so no it won't hurt your motor but you should fix it it's only around 80 for the new sensor good luck and let's keep the rexes running huh

wth?

Running with it physically out will leave a big *** hole in your header. it's essentially like running with a massive exhsut leak. I wouldn't think it'd hurt it, but it will sound like **** and you'll lose massive power from limp mode. Your car will run constantly rich and have a low rev-limit.

Stop making accounts. If you are going to be on this website, type normal words and talk like a human being.

Have you tried to slip a pipe over the end of your wrench to see if it will break loose with some leverage?

ditto. for the guy above. How did you try to take off the o2 sensor? When the exhaust manifold is on the motor or off of it. If worst comes to worst just go to the junk yard...

Your car will run rich and it doesnt have to go in limp mode, although it MAY, but it doesn't have to.
