Default How are my numbers?

I finally got my new oil pump installed, and have been driving around on my car since yesterday. My idle oil pressure is between 15-20 psi, and just driving around it is between 50-60 psi (depending on rpms) while driving. My vtec is kicking strongly again, i.e. not in-and-out like it was with the old pump.

I have seen some other numbers when I searched, but I wanted to get opinions on what my numbers are. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks! It didn't take me too long to put it back together, just a bitch to keep the cams and crank timed when putting the belt back on.

What oil pressure gauge are you using? Every car that i have worked on (honda) with an oil pressure gauge never sees over 60 crusing and is always 10-20 at idle. Only time i could see 80 would be revving high. What is your reading when your in high RPM?

Being that I am using a manual oil press. gauge, is it normal that it takes a couple seconds for the gauge to read correctly? I would think so, but just want to make sure. I know that in my truck, pressure reads almost instantaneously from about 55 psi cruising to about 70 at WOT (on an electric oil press. guage of course).
