Default new rims!!

i just bought some brand new black rota slipstreams. 16 x7.0 the tires that leshwab suggested were 205/50r/16 88v toyo proxies 4 all season blackwall . to me money is really NOT an issue. i want the best tires that perform good in wet and dry. i dont want full on track tires but, i dont want much tire roll when im cornering. any other suggestions ? michlens? bf goodys? thanks in advance!

i hate stupid tire places.. your stock tire's overall diameter is(205/60r15) 24.69,
205/55r16 overall diameter is 24.88, 215/50r16 overall diameter is 24.46, a 205/50r16 over all diameter is 24.07..........i would pick the 205/55r16 size tons of tires to choose from and from where you live are you using your stock tire and wheels for a winter package and these new wheels and tires for a summer package??????? if this is your summer package and want very good grip on dry pavement and good traction on wet pavement then i would go with goodyear F-1 or a bfgoodrich kdw nt....

i actually am upgrading to LIGHTWEIGHT 16s from my heavy 17's with 40 series shitty *** nexius tires. the stock wheel for my car would be a 185/65/15 . he also took into count that my car is lowered.

well how much is your car lowered?????????if it is not more than a 3 inch drop then there is no issue with clearance issues when turning the wheel......
