ECU and intermitten start/no-start

I am still under impression that thisngs aren't fixed in my Wagon.
Another day I incedently killed the engine, It didn't want to start after that. I had to wait ~1 min before I could re-start.
CEL came on when I turned the key then normally one would hear FP runnig for 2-3 sec there was nothing. I had to cycle the key several times before I heard FP priming. Then it reluctantly started. Once it runs it ripples the asphalt, NOT!

One more thing, after this incedent, LED light has been blinking constanltu (code 16). I had to reset it by pulling Hzard fuse!
What gives fellas?
