you'll need the pump w/bracket, steering rack w/xmember, reservoir, and all hi-pressure hoses & hard lines of course.....

taking it out got me to thinking about what a pain in the *** it would be to install it. you'd need to have the engine out of the car

and dont forget, to make up for the added weight of the ps system, you will be removing your ballz

at least you did not ask:

Why didn't they make a 4dr CRX?

lol

THANKS... and how does putting power steering in a car make you a "*****" is it cuz you like the girl in the passenger seat to see your bulging bi-ceps as you turn a corner or when trying to parrallel park? lol i dont mind not having power steering, id just like to have it if i could, and i can, so i will

I think the lack of power steering in the CRX is great. IMO, it gives better steering feedback, and contributes to the gokart-like handling of the CRX. I know that doesn't answer your question, but I just felt obligated to post up a reason justifying no power steering.

With that being said, grow some damn ***** and leave the power steering out of the rex.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add: If you are feeling that the steering is too heavy at low speeds, make sure your tires are at the right pressure. It makes a BIG difference on the CRX.

I see by you adding ??'s to the end if that, you must be rethinking your choice.

When you find a nice HB with PS please sell your CRX to someone who likes more than the paint.

no sarcasm at all
The WHOLE point of the CRX is its simplicity.
If you want PS get a HB

Next thing we will hear is that you want back seats

Hmmmmm the HB's did not come with PS in th US.

OP: If you want PS so badly, trade your CRX for a 4dr EX. YOU HAVE NO NEED FOR IT ON A VEHICLE THAT SMALL!

?? sure they did! my old DX had PS.

And to answer the original poster try the rr/ax forum a lot of guys switch to powersteering there because its very hard to turn a car on slicks when moving slowly. its pretty much bolt on just get all the ps parts from a civic
