Default Another GC Spring Rates Question

Alright, searched but all I could find was info on B series/KYB AGX rates.

Currently running an SOHC ZC/Tokico Illumina shocks/have GC extended top hats sitting at home.

Ready to upgrade to coilovers...my question is what rates would be best suited for a street/auto-X car with my Tokico Illumina's? I'm trying to not upgrade my shocks as they're pretty much only 4 months old lol.

Thanks in advance!

Can anybody help me out on this? Everyone seems to recommend 350f/400r for a B-swapped EF/ED, but I'm planning on running SOHC, and for illumina's those rates sound unacceptable. I'm going to call up Ground Control today to get their input, but I'd really like a second opinion.

Thanks!

those rates would be fine for illuminas.

you should just get 350/280. the normal springs for GC.

youll need 1" shorter springs for the corners youre using the extended top hats.
