Okay I was having an issue with an axle so I replaced it. I have a 97 civic ex with a B18c swap (hype r) and I replaced the stock passenger side axle with a 98 gsr axle. Now when I'm driving and accelerate the entire front end of the car shakes but it's only when I am accelerating. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like an axle issue to me.

Check your motor mounts.
