According to these two threads 1 2, the tb's are the same, so why would the arm not fit?

Yes, they're both 60mm's

Both are about the same size wise...I don't see why it wouldn't fit either.

isnt the b16's regular intake an L kinda shaped bend while the gsr's has a little up groove to it because the gsr's sits lower?

 

it fits and works fine, just go out there to you car and put it on..
